You can edit the workbook you already have, Tony. I've been awfully busy with issues at work the past two days.

That did the trick, Tony. Completed adding the morale values. For some reason many/all of the tabs lost the "Current Morale" values of the top two TO&E records. I was able to read them without apparent problem, but thought I should let you know.

It could have been one one-off copying accident (most likely me), though I do not recall any action that might have resulted in it happening. Virtually certainly not any integral function of the sheets that would cause re-occurrence anyway.
Btw - I expect to be on top of the BCW set-up this weekend.

I am still experiencing problems when opening the logistics sheet with complaints as it attempts to link to the ground forces sheet. Most likely some sort of naming inconsistency that has crept in while I've been making innumerable backup copies.

It's effectively a bug in Excel (normally) but it could be the stuff Tim added, as per off-line correspondence.

As someone A) who uses Excel and VBA to build real military models and do extremely complex analyses (and who has done so for more than 10 years) and B) is going to be expected to perform the most critical function on the team (according to the designer of the game) within the next few days, it is really, REALLY frustrating to watch these conversations roll by without anything to look at and, perhaps, comment upon. Grrrr.

You have them now! I can only do so much at a time and lately have been juggling all sorts of things to bring it all together for the start. I am mindful of your avatar (and his hammer - please direct it at the Axis when they come through the wire on the frontier). : )

FYI, I was able to fix the broken links in my logistics sheet.

Good - anything I don;t have to look at is a bonus just now. Thanks Mike.

I just noticed a small issue with the Axis land force spreadsheet. The Tobruk garrison HQs should be 31st and 32nd GaF. However, the graphic image is labeled as 30th GaF which should be in Bardia. The graphic is itself labeled as Tobruk garrison though so is itself inconsistent.

The 1st thing that I noticed is that there appears to be a duplication/omission of one of the regimental designations at the top of the unit list. I’m very pleased to say that this sort of thing is not my responsibility - for once! : ) Yippeeeee.
The insertion of the unit counters is of course merely cosmetic and started as an informal addition for some of the units. It then seemed quite useful when the summary sheet was added which lists all of the units. However, getting those graphics into the sheets is something of a pain.
Whatever has gone to that location is dependent upon the files provided by others. The counters will have originated from the Cyberboard module (although the graphics need to be modified slightly before insertion into the spreadsheets). That’s part of the aforementioned pain. A list of counters in a requested order will then have been used.
So, this counter should appear in the Cyberboard module (and in the game obviously). It sounds from what you say as though it may have been put together incorrectly. Remember, I did mention that there were likely to be some mistakes in the Cyberboard counter mix, perhaps not confined to unimplemented official errata.
There is a looming maintenance overhead on the creation of counter graphics for the sheets, especially when you start detaching all those battalions…
For now, please advise on the modification of the unit designations referred to above, whether the specific counter in question is okay or not in itself is a game component and whether you consider the counter graphics to be essential or not, at least prior to the start of play. A maintenance system for the counter graphics is probably a complete module in itself, given various conflicting requirements such as flexible access.

As long as the issue is cosmetic, I do not care, Tony. The counter images do provide a good at-a-glance identification that helps avoid making changes to the wrong formations. Very low priority to pix from my perspective. The 30 GaF counter is erroneous in the CB module, both in labeling and in the scenario placement, as we noticed earlier. I haven't yet found other issues with the combat units in the module. However, at least some markers appear to be missing, such as the weather per map markers. That sort of thing can also be handled in a forum log of course, perhaps more simply, or perhaps in the spreadsheets (Logistics, or even both).

Agree with all of that Mike. I still haven't made any changes to the CB module, so it could be changed at your end. It’s not too difficult to do but another fiddly job, so it would be helpful if someone could dip in and take care of these things to even out the work. You’ve always been pretty helpful in that regard, which I appreciate very much Mike.
It’s a simple edit of the counter in the game box (possibly its smaller brother as well but you will see what I mean by that). I can then substitute it in the land units module.

I will take a look at the CB module with a view to fixing the noted 30 GaF and missing markers, Tony.
