We need to commit to a time-table for commencement of the campaign (or we will never start!).
Pretty well everything is ready, so please (everyone) respond to this post with views on readiness.
Particularly need the final Axis land sheets.

Stage I
Axis Land unit set-up should be complete and submitted to me on or before next Saturday (10th May). To include:-
1. All unit counters entered into their own sheet. Small, co-positioned counters can be combined on a sheet initially for convenience. 2. Disposition of variable set-up units entered on sheets and confirmed by simple separate workbook. 3. Initial 1L truck cargoes entered on sheets.
I will then update and return the sheets for certain elements required by the game and provide the dispositions of the Commonwealth land forces.
All players: acknowledge this message please.

Hopefully Mike got the updated Axis sheets to you Tony. I'm in for the game. Let's do this thing.
Oh, and Richard Berg WANTS to see after action reports.

Axis at Start - GT1-Op1-20140506.zip (862.31 KB) Great Tim. Here is the updated Axis Land workbook back, following a great deal of further work. There are some important changes, which bear on how the game is played (CPA, Breakdown and Cohesion), which we will need to discuss. I have also added the rest of the counter illustrations, corrected one or two entry errors and entered all the vehicle fuel on board figures, to save you / Mike the job. The capacities were a mile out btw, due to a calculation error, which I have now corrected. Looks great on a wide screen at 120% but there will undoubtedly be corruptions to the layout otherwise. .... Have also done a fair bit to the CB gamebox (corrected TEC etc) and will post that shortly. All this has come at the expense of getting on with the CW setup and the lack of a dedicate logistics / rear areas / engineering commander is going to be problematic. I also need to double check the Axis air file that Mike sent.
