Date-line:  August, 1940

I hope to announce the setting up for the campaign very shortly now.  A great deal of development has been done on the computer system and rules.

Expressions of interest will be sought for the six to eight posts that will be available, starting with the Axis C-in-C and Land Forces Commander to join me as overall British Commonwealth C-in-C.

A correspondent for the Cairo Gazette may be appointed to document the history of the war in North Africa and to report on the action.
